Order Processing
Please allow up to 5 working days to process your order. Please ensure that your order details and contact information are accurate, and can be reached via your selected shipping method. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost orders for reasons beyond our control such as incorrect or inaccurate information provided by you, or through delivery issues with the selected courier.
Delivery
- Local Shipping (Within Singapore)
Orders are generally shipped out within 5 working days using local courier. Delivery may take 2 to 7 days, depending on the service provider. Flat rate shipping fee will be applied to orders ship within Singapore
- International Shipping
Currently, we only offer international shipping to the following countries and regions: Malaysia, Hong Kong SAR & United Kingdom. Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery depends on the service provider. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated, added and display to your orders at checkout.
