TERM OF USE OF VENDING MACHINE

By proceeding with a purchase from KenShop vending machine, you agree to the following terms:

All sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be given for buyer’s change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction after purchase.

Buyer responsibility for selection.
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring the correct item, design, size, and quantity are selected before completing payment.

Manufacturing defects
Only items with proven manufacturing defects are eligible for exchange within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. Items must be in original, unopened packaging. Damage caused by mishandling, misuse, wear and tear, or external impact is not covered.

No responsibility after successful dispensing.
KenShop is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or misuse of the product after it has been successfully dispensed.

Machine malfunction.
In the event of a payment made but no product dispensed, please contact KenShop with:

·     Name & Contact details

·      Item purchased

·      Date & time of transaction

·      Location of vending machine

·      Screenshot of payment record

We will revert within 5 working days.

Safety & misuse.
Any attempt to shake, force open, tamper with, damage, or misuse the vending machine will be reported and may result in legal action.

Limitation of liability.
KenShop shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use or misuse of this vending machine, except where required by law.

Right to update terms.
KenShop reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
