Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Please allow 3 to 5 working days to process your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders are processed after:

  • full payment has been received, and

  • order details have been successfully verified.

Please ensure that:

  • your delivery address is accurate and complete

  • your contact details are correct and reachable

KenShop is not responsible for lost, delayed, or failed deliveries resulting from:

  • incorrect or incomplete information provided by you

  • failed delivery attempts due to inaccessibility

 

2. Delivery

Local Shipping (Within Singapore)

  • Orders are typically shipped within 3 to 5 working days

  • Delivery may take 2 to 7 working days, depending on the courier

  • A flat-rate shipping fee applies to all local deliveries unless otherwise stated

Local deliveries may be made via third-party courier services selected at our discretion.

International Shipping

We currently provide international shipping to limited locations, including:

  • ASEAN: Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, The Philippines

  • East Asia: China, Taiwan (ROC), Hong Kong SAR, Japan, South Korea

  • Europe: United Kingdom

  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

International orders:

  • are processed within 3 to 5 working days

  • delivery time depends on the courier and destination country

Shipping charges:

  • are calculated automatically at checkout

  • vary depending on destination, weight, and service selected

3. Delivery Addresses

  • Local delivery addresses must be valid Singapore addresses

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes, freight forwarders, restricted areas, or offshore locations

  • International customers are responsible for ensuring that:

    • the delivery address is correct

    • the item is permitted for import into their country

KenShop is not responsible for failed deliveries due to address errors provided by the customer.

 

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • import duties, taxes, customs fees, or handling charges (if any) are borne entirely by the customer

  • KenShop has no control over customs processing times or charges

Failure to pay required customs charges may result in delivery delays or return of the item, for which KenShop will not be responsible.

5. Delivery Delays & Courier Issues

Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.

KenShop is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by:

  • courier service disruptions

  • customs inspections

  • weather conditions

  • unforeseen logistical issues

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier.

6. Transit Risk & Damage

All orders are packed with care before dispatch.

However, once the order is handed over to the courier:

  • the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer

  • KenShop is not responsible for transit-related damage caused by third-party delivery providers

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy

KenShop may, at our discretion, offer a reasonable solution, such as providing spare parts or basic assistance, where feasible. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for transit-related damage. Any assistance offered is a goodwill gesture and does not constitute an admission of liability.

7. Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address

  • refusal to accept delivery

  • inability to access the delivery location

any additional shipping, storage, or re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
