1. Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to contact us if:

Requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns

All original tags, accessories, and packaging must be intact

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

will be processed.
The final decision on whether a refund or exchange is offered rests solely with KenShop, after inspection and assessment of the item.
5. Refunds (If Approved)
If your return is approved for a refund:

You will be refunded to your original payment method

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval
