This website is operated by KenShop Pte. Ltd. (“KenShop”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products to you.

 

1. ELIGIBILITY & USE OF WEBSITE

By using this website, you confirm that:

• You are at least the legal age in your place of residence, or

• You are using this site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian

You agree not to use our website or products for any illegal, unauthorised, or prohibited purpose, and not to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our services.

2. PRODUCTS & INFORMATION

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. However:

• Colours and appearance may vary depending on your device or screen

• Product images are for illustration purposes only

• Specifications may change without notice

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any product at any time without liability.

3. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order on our website:

• You are making an offer to purchase

• An order is only considered accepted once payment has been received and the order is confirmed by us

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order

• Limit quantities per customer, household, or order

• Cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers or dealers

If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded in accordance with our policies.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

Prices:

• May change without notice

• Do not include delivery or handling charges unless stated

Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.

5. DELIVERY & RISK

We reserve the right to select a suitable delivery service provider at our discretion. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Once an order has been dispatched:

• Risk of loss or damage passes to you

• We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party delivery providers

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if there are issues, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. 

If you request a specific delivery provider or delivery method, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.

 

Local Deliveries (Singapore)

Local delivery addresses must:

• Be a valid address within Singapore

• Not be a freight forwarding location

We do not deliver to:

• PO Boxes

• Jurong Island

• Army camps

• Offshore islands (e.g. Pulau Ubin)

• Shipyards or other restricted areas

Overseas Deliveries

Overseas delivery addresses must be clearly and accurately provided.

It is your responsibility to ensure that:

• the address is correct and complete

• the destination country permits import of the item

We currently do not ship to:

• Africa

• South America

• The Middle East

• Eastern Europe

• Russia

Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country shall be borne entirely by the customer.

 

If delivery fails due to:

• an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you

• refusal to accept delivery

• inability to access the delivery location

any additional delivery, storage, or re-delivery costs shall be borne by the customer.

 

6. PREORDERS & LIMITED EDITIONS

For preorder or limited-run items:

• Full payment is required upfront

• Estimated delivery dates are subject to supplier and production timelines

We reserve the right to cancel a preorder if:

• Production is delayed indefinitely

• A supplier fails to deliver

• Circumstances beyond our control arise

In such cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion. We are not liable for any additional losses arising from such cancellations.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy.

We do not accept “change of mind” returns.

Our decision regarding refunds or exchanges is final.

Any return, refund, or exchange is subject to the item being returned to and inspected by KenShop at a location designated by us. 

KenShop does not provide on-site inspection, doorstep exchange, or item collection at a customer’s premises under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of returning items to us, unless otherwise stated in writing.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• logos

• brand names

• designs

• images

• text

• graphics

are the intellectual property of KenShop SG or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. USER CONDUCT & SUBMISSIONS

If you submit feedback, ideas, images, or other materials to us:

• You grant us the right to use, reproduce, and publish such content without compensation

• You confirm that your submission does not infringe any third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove or refuse any content we deem inappropriate, unlawful, or misleading.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

We are not responsible for:

• the content of third-party websites

• their policies, practices, or transactions

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our website, services, and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• the website will be uninterrupted or error-free

• information provided will always be accurate or complete

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KenShop, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims arising from:

• your misuse of our website or services

• your violation of any law or third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you breach these Terms.

All obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive termination.

 

15. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Your data such as (including but not limited to) Name, Contact Number, Email Address, Delivery Address will be stored to assist in completing your order. Your payment details will not be stored on our server.

Your data will not be used for any other purposes (including but not limited to) such as marketing except for the sole purpose of completing your order.

All our practices are done with close adherence to the Personal Data Protection Act by the Government of Singapore.

 

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

17. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
